Creative thinking can be used for more than brand and marketing communications. Design thinking is a strategic methodology used to structure and implement exploratory sprint sessions. These are engineered to inspire internal teams to discover great ideas and generate service and product solutions.

We worked with Norfolk County Council to help explore change initiatives for children's services, and worked with the great team responsible for foster carer recruitment.

The work involved a workgroup sprint session to uncover the key challenges facing foster carers, then reflection and co-creation of the actions best suited to help recruitment.

The recruitment team are highly motivated and now driving recruitment initiatives to encourage those very special people who become foster carers.
